These Men (G-Man 3.6) by Andrea Smith
I have to admit, when I first started listening to this book I was a little bit annoyed with Paige. She seemed like a spoiled brat and sounded annoying, but the more I listened the more I got hooked. To see the inside of the mind of a spoiled brat and hear their thoughts, it was so addicting! Paige had been shown very little attention so when she got the attention she didn’t want, she had no clue what to do with it. She also didn’t have a relationship with her family, and this made everything hard starting over on another coast. Her relationship with Cain and Eli was one that was so admirable! I can’t wait to read more of this series!!
I am now 100% addicted to this series!

We Said Forever by Marie James
Check out my Youtube Review Here

This book pulled SO MANY STRINGS on my heart. From the moments that were beyond beautiful to the moments where I was crying so hard I couldn’t see, my heart was constantly being pulled on. Blaze and Fallyn have such a trying story. They had this crazy fall into love, and the fall out of their relationship was even more crazy.

This book was a big time trigger book for me. Blaze had to deal a lot with drug abuse and for me, that as really hard to read due to family history, but it was a big part of who he was. It was also a big part of everything that needed to be overcome in the story. Just like a drug, the lows were so darn low but the highs were so high and happy in this book. That was just one of so many different layers.

As always Marie, you did an absolutely AMAZING job ❤

Cross Checked

Cross Checked (Shots on Goal #2) by Kristen Hope Mazzola

After reading the first Shots on Goal book I couldn’t wait to see what Kristen came up with for Brayden. While reading this I had so many different reactions, I even snapped Kristen once with a look of total surprise!

I love that we got to see a little bit of Karla before she met Brayden. Her past and views were something that really surprised me about her, and her thoughts on relationships/marriage were really something that peaked my interest. I love that she wasn’t the “norm” for a heroine. In that same sense Brayden 100% surprised me every step of the way.

I knew he deeply cared for his sister, but we got to see a little more insight to how deeply he cared for her and what he sacrificed to help her. There are some other details about Brayden that I was shocked and excited to learn about!!! Him and Karla are such an adorable couple, I’m so excited they came together!

I was also excited to see more of Myla and Gavin and to see a little more of their inner workings. Also seeing Brayden’s take on their relationship.

Make sure to keep them coming Kristen!!!

Pin Me Down (Brewhouse #2) by Holly Dodd

Holly is something else. I fell in love with all of the characters in the first book and I was so excited to see where should would take Regi and Mia. I was so curious to see what had gone on between them and how Regi and Jo almost got together. Finally, we were getting answers!!! And BOY did we get answers!!!!! I finally got to find out EVERYTHING I had not so patiently been waiting for and so much more!

There are always layers to characters, but we don’t always get to see the history of them. There was so much history between Regi and Mia, years of it. To be able to read and understand that history made me love each of them that much more. More of often than not, I wanted to strangle Mia for being hard headed, but she had her reasons. And Regi, he’s just the nicest of guys, but he’s got quite a kinky side. Their story was sooo hot!!! I CANNOT wait to see what comes next!!!!

Passion Restored (Gallagher Brothers 2) by Carrie Ann Ryan

Oh these men… they really make you want one of them for yourself! Just like the Montgomery Men each of the Gallagher men are so yummy and enticing. Owen, he was no exception. From the beginning of their tale in Love Restored I knew I’d like his story. He’s so different from his brothers, that I was curious how his story would play out. Little did I know that Carrie would start his story so dramatic! I LOVE how he met Liz and fell in love with her. Fate was constantly on his side.

Another great part is how we see this big men fall so gracefully! This story Owen fell a little more messy that I might have though, but it was so good to see! And Liz, oh Liz. She was so damaged and has so much spunk. These men take a certain type of woman, their charm can just plow a poor girl over, but not Liz. Liz had to stand her ground and be her own woman and fall on her own terms. It was so endearing.

Now… Now we have to wait for Murphy. I CANNOT wait to see his story. It’s going to be sooo sweet!

Dad.jpgSexiest Dad Alive (Knights Fashion 3) by M. Clarke  (Side Note: That’s his actual daughter on the cover!!)

I’ve always loved M. Clarke’s writing, and she really did a fantastic job with this story! I really didn’t know where she might take this, there were so many twists and turns. Right when you thought you might have an idea she changes paths and keeps you guessing.

Josh is just too darn cute for his own good. He seems like a super well rounded guy, but he has a few quicks. Some of those quirks good, some of them not so good, but the best thing about him? Emma. Clearly, from the title, Josh is a father. Him being a dad is such a key role in this book, because it helps morph who he is as a person. And Isla, she really helps take this book to another level.

I really love then a book has two POV, and theirs was great. We truly go to see the story from both sides and they intermingled so well. Isla had so many emotions and she was as much of a key in this book as Emma and Josh. Everything about her interactions in the book made it so great. I’m excited to see what comes next on this journey

Study MeStudy Me (Sex Me Novella) Logan Chance (Save Me, the next Sex Me Novella Releases 4/25)
This book was HOT HOT HOT!!! I know every girl has had a crush on a teacher at some point in their life, but this was so over the top! Marley really had to bad for Dr. Dale, but unlike most girls, Dr. Dale felt it right back. Everything about this was so taboo, which made it so much better!!!! I found myself panting and waiting for what was coming next. There were so many layers in this short story and really Logan did such a good job at completing it. Often I find novellas are lacking, but he did so good! Can’t wait for the next Sex Me Novella

Revenge (Betrayal #1) by Ophelia Darwish
This book was so cleverly written. Aurelie is such a scornful person and her version of revenge is intoxicating. I was sucked in from the moment I started reading because the whole plot was so intriguing and there were a few surprises that I didn’t really expect. She’s so strong, but Raffaele? He was such a smart diversion in this book. I can’t wait for the second book!
I truly cannot wait for the next book to come out and see what Aurelie will be up to next and if she will finally succumb to Raffaele’s advances!

JL Did such a great job with this book! I love that she used a real friendship between a man and a woman that lasts and the subject of loving the best friends brother. Everything about this story line was so perfect.

The way that Aubrey and Drew interact as friends and how their friendship dynamic worked amazed me. The bad part about their friendship was that they weren’t the same sex, but the good thing is that he was her family. I can online imagine how jealous a significant other would be if their boyfriend or girlfriend had a best friend of the opposite sex, and the two have them had lots of problems with this. Then we have Declan, I love everything about him, especially the part where he always wanted her. Their relationship was almost taboo in the sense that he is Drew’s brother, but it’s so right! Their relationship was one that everyone wants.

But her past really crept up on her, the reappearance of Chandler made me so sad. He threw the biggest wrench and I really hated him for it. He had so much do to with the bad place that Aubrey had been in that I wish he’d never come back.

I really love how she ended this story and I really want wait to see what is going to happen with Drew!

Goodbye for now loves!
